Key Responsibilities
Public Safety Leadership: Leverage your experience in public safety agencies to guide our strategy and engagement with various public safety organizations.
Lead Generation: Achieve a target of at least 5 qualified leads per month, focusing on expanding our reach into new agencies where we currently lack a network.
Industry Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in the public safety sector to provide valuable insights and build strong relationships across law enforcement, fire services, ambulance services, and 911 centers.
Network Expansion: Engage with existing networks and forge new connections to sustain lead generation beyond initial contacts.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively in a goal-driven environment, supporting Regional Sales Managers to achieve collective objectives.
About You
Experience: Significant experience in public safety or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and industry knowledge. Your role will be instrumental in advancing public safety technology and improving emergency response.
Network: Established credibility and a robust network within the public safety sector.
Proactive: Self-motivated and proactive in generating leads and cultivating new industry connections.
Collaborative: Effective team player, able to support and work alongside account executives and contribute to strategic planning.

This is a 1099 independent contract remote commission-only role for a Sales Manager at SmartProtect Public Safety Solutions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth.
